For those customers with less application critical requirements but still desiring excellent service and support capabilities, we also provide repair services on a per-incident basis. Customers are invoiced for labor/travel time and materials used (T&M).
Depot Repair Services- Send your equipment to our Depot Service Center for repair of printers, scanners, mobile computers, tablets. Depot Repair service offers a more cost effective alternative to On-Site while still maintaining quick turn-around times. Depot Repair involves shipping the device(s) to our service depot to diagnose and repair your equipment. All of our repairs are performed by experienced technicians using the highest-quality OEM parts available, and depot estimates are always free.
